When our neighbour proposed a new house, we were really concerned
about its height and how our backyard and pool area were going
to be overlooked. We needed help to ensure that the development
would not affect us. Damien met with us at our house, reviewed
the plans for the proposed house and gave us advice. Following
a written submission to the Council on our behalf and a presentation
at a Council meeting, the application was refused by the Council.
Our neighbour has since lodged a new application for a smaller
house that does not affect us at all.
